Shipping policy

Once you have sent us your order we aim to ship it within 5 business days (excluding weekends and UK holidays). Sometimes we extend our expected processing time for vacations or unexpected events and we'll try to let you know when this is the case.

Delays in postal services

We post our items using Royal Mail in the UK. For international shipments, this uses your country's national postal service. Problems at Royal Mail or in your country's national postal service are outside our control and may introduce delays to deliveries.

Domestic UK shipping

Shipping takes up to two business days, so that's a maximum of 7 business days (excluding weekends and UK holidays) from us receiving your order to you receiving your parcel.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the USA and Canada. Prices are calculated by weight and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times from us receiving your order to you receiving your parcel are approximately 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This will increase according to any delays in the UK postal service or delays in your country's national postal service. It will also increase if your parcel is held at customs in your country.

Your order may be subject to import duties , which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Burgrune is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We aim to provide correct customs information on international orders and we have no control over how long any shipment may remain in customs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bianca@burgrune.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy. We accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bianca@burgrune.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
