Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria)

A medicinal herb with mild pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. Traditionally used in remedies for headaches, joint and arthritic pain, and to sooth heartburn. Meadowsweet is also used to recover from cold and flu, and to aid restful sleep.
