Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus)

A medicinal herb with astringent, anti-inflammatory, uterine tonifying and nutritive properties.

Traditionally used for menstrual support, childbirth and to treat diarrhoea and stomach ache. Raspberry leaf is also used for sore throats and skin healing.
