Raspberry leaf and red clover form the nourishing heart of the blend, traditionally used to ease menstrual and hormonal tension. Rose and chamomile bring soothing floral calm, while linden blossom and rose hip gently lift the blend and add tartness. Meadowsweet softens the cup with a smooth, honeyed character, and angelica root lends a grounding, warming finish that anchors the blend.
