Lavender – Tranquility, psychic protection
Chamomile – Emotional healing, dream invocation
Hops – Deep rest, easing agitation
Meadowsweet – Soothing to the spirit
White Willow Bark – Lunar gentleness, purification
Resins of Benzoin and Myrrh – Harmonising, sacred anchoring
Essential oils of Lavender and Chamomile – Aromatherapeutic calm
Use:
Add a spoonful to lit charcoal in a fireproof burner to fill your space with calming smoke.
Alternatively, use smoke-free: gently heat in an oil or wax melt burner with water or hydrosol, allowing the blend to slowly release its vapours.

Much nicer than incense sticks which I find so intense they grab my throat and stop me breathing and therefore I’m unable to relax. The flake blend when burnt on a charcoal disk create a delightful open atmosphere and lingers on pleasantly in your hair. Glad I found them and customer service from this company is great too 👍🏼
